Aims of Project Management Training:
The aim of this training is to develop candidates’ knowledge and understanding of the role of project management in organizations.
It explores the methods adopted for robust project management including techniques for planning,monitoring and controlling complex projects and the role of computing in the process.
Candidates will be able to:
