ICM - Office Procedures & Administration
Aim(s) of Office Procedures and Administration Training:
This training is designed for candidates who have little or no prior administrative experience and is designed to develop skills, knowledge and understanding which are essential in office procedures and administration.
Candidates will be able to:
- Discuss various roles, relationships and functions of staff within an office environment.
- Explain the use and functions of core office equipment and their relative merits.
- Demonstrate the ability to select and use various forms of office communication and critically evaluate their applications.
- Detail and describe a range of office documentation.
- Prepare draft guidelines for health and safety procedures.
